Investment in Ctrl S Private Limited
We advised Nikhil Kamath and Sreeram Reddy Vanga on their INR 250 crore investment in Ctrl S Private Limited, one of India's largest hyperscale data centre operators. We advised on the transaction structure and the sequencing of the investment. As on the date of the investment, this was one of the largest individual investments in India's data centre sector.
