Vasundhra is an accomplished corporate lawyer with a diverse professional journey. Beginning her career at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where she specialized in projects, project finance and insolvency laws, Vasundhra gained invaluable experience in guiding complex financial structures and regulatory compliance. Subsequently, she transitioned to Khaitan & Co. where she gained further expertise in general corporate matters, focusing primarily on private M&A, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. She also gained invaluable experience of servicing key clients, including international clients, independently.
With this solid foundation, in May 2021 Vasundhra started on her entrepreneurial journey and established her individual practice, providing tailored legal solutions across diverse sectors. She subsequently started Ascendus Law Partners in 2023.
