Siddharth Tewari

Siddharth is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a multidisciplinary practice spanning media and entertainment, intellectual property, investment transactions, dispute resolution, and real estate. He advises companies, promoters, investors, and financial sponsors on a broad range of contractual and commercial matters, including investments, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and due diligence. His practice also encompasses advising on the development, production, and distribution of media assets, as well as the registration, protection, commercialization, and enforcement of intellectual property rights.
 

 Some of his recent experiences include advising on the acquisition of a media agency as part of a strategic corporate restructuring, assisting with the development and production of media assets for distribution, and supporting the prosecution and enforcement of intellectual property rights through regulatory proceedings and online enforcement mechanisms. He has also advised accelerators, venture capital funds, and start-ups on investment transactions, acquisitions, and strategic business matters across the consumer, retail, prop-tech, and media sectors.
 

Siddharth is a dual-qualified lawyer with license to practice law in India and New York, USA. He completed his graduation from Symbiosis Law School, Pune and then his masters in law from George Washington University, USA.
