Pallavi Panigrahi

Pallavi is a corporate lawyer with a diverse professional background and extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters.

She began her career at Khaitan & Co., where she advised on a broad range of transactions, including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business and asset transfers, post-acquisition advisory and general corporate advisory. She later joined the corporate practice at Trilegal where her areas of focus expanded to include early and mid stage investments, complex commercial contracts, cross border regulatory matters and estate planning matters.

 

Pallavi has advised a wide range of domestic and international clients — including multinational corporations, startups, promoters, and investors — on transactions spanning multiple sectors. Her experience across leading Indian law firms enables her to deliver practical, market-focused, and commercially sound legal solutions tailored to the needs of each client.

 

Pallavi is qualified to practice law in India. She completed her graduation from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
